Yes — VivList Free includes up to 5 projects, unlimited tasks, and the basic AI assistant.
How does VivList decide what needs my attention?+
Health scores, overdue and blocked work, dependency impact, milestone risk and inactivity are all calculated deterministically from your data — never guessed by a model. AI is only used to explain and summarize those facts.
Can I import from Monday, Asana, or ClickUp?+
Not yet — importers for Monday, Asana, and ClickUp are coming soon. In the meantime our team can help you migrate projects, tasks, and members manually; just book a demo.
Do you support SSO?+
SSO with SAML and OIDC is available on the Enterprise plan alongside SCIM provisioning.
Does the AI change my work automatically?+
No. VivList analyzes, recommends and previews. Every change needs your explicit confirmation, and access is re-checked on the server before anything is written.
